Have you left Etsy?
After ten years on Etsy- it is time to say goodbye! I will be listing all future collections on here moving forward. I will leave my Etsy page up and available to view for awhile as I make this transition. Click for my Etsy if you'd like to have a look!

How soon can I get my hands on this?
I'm thrilled to get all your orders out to you quickly! Please allow 2-3 business days for me to carefully package your treasures and add extra goodies! Your orders will be shipped via USPS First Class with tracking. I appreciate your patience as one of my favorite things is packaging your pieces!

Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes! I like to package all my pieces as if it's a gift! Each piece comes in either a jewelry box or a velvet/mesh pouch adorned with twine, ribbon, extra goodies and woodland findings. These boxes and pouches are intentionally left unmarked, allowing you to reuse them for your own future gift wrapping or storage! If you'd like to send a piece directly to someone as a gift, I'd be happy to include a personalized note on your behalf. Just let me know in the notes section at checkout and we'll make it happen!

May I request a specific chain length?
I'm always happy to make mild adjustments to the length of your chains before shipping as I understand the importance of a perfect fit and will do my best to accommodate! Please note your desired chain length at checkout or send me a message at the time of purchase!

Do you offer returns/refunds?
This is a case by case situation. If you have any issues regarding your piece or if your piece has arrived damaged- please either email [email protected] or message me on Instagram at @fogandfae with photos or concerns and we'll try to resolve the issue! Issues like these have only come less than once in a blue moon so we needn't be worried!
